Install Auto Pump Controller & Forget "OVERFLOW"
FOLLOW THE DIAGRAM FOR EASY INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Product Installation is Very Easy just Follow the given Instruction below:
1. Takeout the Product & the Instruction Manual.
- Get Familiar with the Product. Big RED/BLACK Switch on the left side (For Auto & Manual Operation). On the top of Product there are 6 Sensor wires for Sensor Probe Connection and remaining 3 Wires for Pump Automatic Operation Connection.
How to Install the Product: PUMP AUTOMATIC DEVICE CONNECTION
1.Cut off the power supply for pump starter / switch prior to start the installation.
- Hang the Automatic Pump Controller near Pump Starter / Switch.
- Connect P+ with Phase, Then Pump+ connect with Pump +ve power input supply towards Pump. Then N(-) with Neutral.
FOR OHT TANK SENSOR CONNECTION
Fix the Sensor Probe inside OHT (Over Head Tank) in 3 different Levels, to fix OHT High sensor probe 5 Inches below overflow pipe. OHT Low sensor probe 10 Inches above from bottom and OHT Ground sensor probe just above 8 Inches from bottom.
FOR RESERVOIR / UNDERGROUND TANK SENSOR CONNECTION
Fix the Sensor Probe inside Reservoir Tank in 3 Different Levels, To fix RES GROUND sensor probe 4 Inches above suction pipe, RES LOW sensor probe 6 Inches above suction pipe & RES HIGH sensor probe 10 Inches above suction pipe.
CONTROLLER CONNECTION
Bring all 6 sensor wires from OHT &RES Tank (which is connected to the sensor probes as shown in diagram) & connect accordingly. & before starting main switch, be sure AUTO/MANUAL Switch should be in auto position.
